Azzan Bin Qais School joined hands with Modern Gulf Institute for a Soft Skills Training Programme conducted in Arabic
In their endeavor to support, develop and boost staff competencies and overall morale, Azzan Bin Qais School (ABQ) recently joined hands with Modern Gulf Institute (MGI).
ABQ are committed to excellence and improving the service delivery to their valued stakeholders.
The training programme, which encompassed: Customer service, Self -awareness, Office protocol and Communication skills was conducted in Arabic by MGI and delivered to the Administrative faculty.
Danny Harrison, Princpal of ABQ said the following:
Over the years MGI have run a number of staff development courses for us, and we were delighted that they were able to develop this programme tailored to our school needs for our Admin staff.
MGi and Comquest Sdn Bhd., based in Bander Seri Bagwan, Brunei, recently forged an international partnership by conducting a 1-month intensive Professional Development Training Programme focussing on the Management Team and Call Centre Agents of the organisation.
Comquest Sdn Bhd., established during the year 2012 is a Joint venture between Bahwan CyberTek, a Sultanate of Oman based IT Products and Services Company and Telekom Brunei Berhad. Comquest is envisioned to be an innovative company which will set up a first of its kind state of the art Contact Centre in Brunei Darussalam.
In keeping up to date with ‘Best Practice’ Policies, one of the organisation’s main focusses is to develop and enhance the skills of its people, a transformational step which has led them to becoming one of the leaders in their industry.
Kerry McIntyre of MGi, who has recently spent the last month in Brunei conducting the training sessions had this to say: ‘During the past month, we have focussed heavily on the further development of Leadership and Management Skills among the Comquest Team. This has included a series of training sessions incorporating a series of Modules to further enhance Communication, Delegation, Employee Engagement and Motivation Performance. The results have been very successful and it is always rewarding to see what is an already dynamic team grow from strength to strength. MGi and Comquest Sdn Bhd. look forward to an ongoing and successful partnership for the future.’
